Feeling Fishy

The poll is still open so if you  haven't voted for whether you think we are having a girl or boy, check out THIS POST to cast your vote.  Clicking on the link in the top right sidebar will take you there too.  We'll reveal the ultrasound gender results by Friday so be sure to stop by and see if you were right.

The Babes and I have been going to playgroup about once a week.  Now that the weather is nice we are meeting at the playground, but over the winter it was held at our church.  We'd take the kids' bikes and trikes and let them ride around since it was too cold to play outside.  It was great for the kids to play and the moms to talk.

During some of the playgroups we even had a little music class taught by my musically talented friend.  She had all kinds of songs- actions songs and repetitive songs.  Most of the kids loved it.  The Babes, however, liked to run around and spin more than she liked to participate in singing.  Unless of course, it was the Slippery Fish song.  She loved that song and would sing to it, doing the motions and everything.  She'd want to sing that song every day.  I found the song on youtube and she requests to watch it quite often.

So if you're looking for a fun song to teach your little ones, check this out:

And if that's not enough, here's another fish song that the kids can really get involved with.  We did this one at a preschool gym class.  The kids loved to do the motions and run around.
